Psychology of Fake News is a course held by Igor Vitale, Psychologist. The course talks about the methods about fake news prevention in the school education system. In particular, we talk about the contribution that psychology gives to understand false and misleading information and the impact of fake news on decision making. This lecture is part of the Erasmus+ Project "Join us in the battle against disinformation" a project led by Abarka in a team of 8 organisations including contributions from Italy, Turkey, Spain, Russian Federation, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania and Greece. The European Commission, through Erasmus+, approved this project and cannot be held responsible of its content.
